What is your cancellation policy?

We understand and believe that, unexpected or emergency situations may arise and you have to change your travel plans.  Considering that in mind, we keep our cancellation policy very simple. 

Reservations must be cancelled 4 hours or more prior to your scheduled pick-up time to qualify for a refund.  Cancellations can be made by calling our main office at 888-515-5512 between the hours of 6:00 am and 8:00 pm EST.  Cancellations CANNOT be made by email or fax.

If you cancel your reservation within 4 hours of the pick-up time, you will be responsible for the entire cost of the ride.  However, if you are only cancelling your old reservation in order to make a new one, and it is within 1 to 4 hours of the pick-up time, you won’t be penalized for the cancellation and the amount you have prepaid will go toward the new reservation.  If this re-scheduling occurs within 1 hour of the pick-up time, you may be responsible for the cost of the driver up to $40.00 depending on how far the driver has progressed toward your pick-up.

Please remember to call our main office at 888-515-5512 if there is any change in your plans, day or time of travel, airline, etc.

We will not refund payment in the event of a no show.
